Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Ashes to Beauty earrings are available for wholesale purchasing. You can be proud to offer our ethically-made earrings at your boutique, salon, or store. Wholesale discounts are available. See here for more details.

How do I take care of my products?

Great question! Visit our “product care” page to learn how to take care of your tables, furniture pieces, charcuterie boards, etc.

How long does my order take to ship out and arrive?

From the date you place your order, we try our best to send out orders asap, meaning your order should ship within 3-5 days of the order being placed.

Depending on where you are located in the US, it usually takes up to 5 days to arrive.

Where's my package?

With all orders placed, a tracking number will be attached to your product. Don't worry, it's on its way to your home. If you didn't get your order, please write to us: CONTACT

What is your return policy?

We work hard to offer the best possible service and want to be sure that you are taken care of in any event, we will work our best to reach a solution. If you are not happy with your order for whatever reason, we'll be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of its arrival to you, please return it to us (at your own cost) to our location at:

Once the returned parcel has arrived at our shop we will issue an exchange/refund depending on your request minus the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds on orders older than 14 days (from the date of arrival to you). We always recommend getting a tracking number and insurance for all returned parcels as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned parcels.

Please note: the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs for exchanges and refunds unless the item has arrived faulty.
